you might check the dadaphp.log and php-error.log files (first generated
by dadaimc, 2nd by PHP itself) to see if there is a problem with your
mail transport. do emails for watchword alerts and new user
registration confirmation still go out?

i had a similar problem a few months ago on stlimc.org. turned out to
be a bogus variable name for the external URL used in generating the
"onclick" field of the "Open Article in New Window" link. This went
away with a dadaimc upgrade (currently running v0.99.3 with latest updated).
