I can confirm seeing this problem with "&" symbols on article titles in
the latest newswire and features modules.

Examples:
- BTL:After Qana Slaughter, Israel & Bush Administration Widen War in
Lebanon
- testing & ""testing"" & "testing!!"

This problem appears to have been fixed with the latest media gallery
module, since ampersands do not get munged there.

In addition, both ampersands AND double-quotes that appear in title and
location field get munged in the latest calendar module. This munging
appears to be occurring when the calendar events are transmitted via
RFC2445 from radicalendar.org to the local dadaimc site.

Example:
- testing & ""testing"" & "testing!!"
