Hi Rona,

We ran into a similar issue at dc-imc. What I found was that simply
toggling the on/off button under the "hooks" tab (for us this was by
"left bar") didn't work. Additionally one has to fill in the
associated 'sort order" as well as selecting the right "include file"
from the drop-down menu. For us this is "modulebox.inc".
